Ngapawa Villa

This villa was taken right back to its bones, undergoing a full gut renovation along with the addition of a new level to create a generous family home. As the project was completed for resale, close attention had to be paid to budget while still ensuring the finishes reflected both the sought-after location and the property’s value. The end result is a light-filled, contemporary home with well-considered spaces that feel refined yet practical, appealing to modern family living.
